Cabin Rules
1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is allowed. This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping or recreational substances, is permitted. If any type of smoking is detected by our team, Guest's security deposit will be forfeited in its entirety and an additional $500 will be charged to Guest's card on file.
2. The Guest is expected to return the accommodation to the Owner in the condition the Guest received it.
3. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Rental Property. The Guest will be held financially responsible for any damage done by their guest as if the Guest had done the damage themselves. A high occupancy fee (aka extra guest fee) of $15 per Guest per night will be assessed for groups of over 8 people to account for additional cleaning and maintenance expenses.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not move large furniture. No shoes on furnishings.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Guests are allowed a maximum of two (2) pets (dogs or cats only, up to 15 lbs each) at any time during the rental period and are subject to the conditions and fees set forth by the Renter's Agreement. Service animals are allowed as per the most current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations for Title III (public accommodations and commercial facilities) free of charge. No pets are allowed on bedding or furniture. Please use the pet relief area exclusively and clean after your pet. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
9. No firearms allowed in Rental Property.
8. Parking: Parking is limited to 6 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the public road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, except for beach towels.
10. No parties of any kind. We have indoor and outdoor noise detectors that will alert us of excessive noise, both inside and on the outside premises.
11. We are located in a quiet residential area and, although this is a vacation destination, it's a primary home to many people. We ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am noise should be kept to a minimum and outdoor lights should be turned off.
12. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, or Q-tips down the toilets. They will clog the toilet and septic system and Guest will be liable for all damages and repairs.
13. No touching or tampering with outdoor and indoor monitoring devices (security cameras, CO, smoke, noise).
